Simply send us an email or give us a call and include the URL of the lower-priced massage chair. To be eligible for a price match, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • The online store must have the identical massage chair priced accurately at the time you submit your request.
  • Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to out-of-stock, special order, or e-Bay items.
  • All price matches must be submitted prior to ordering.
  • Our Low Price Guarantee takes into account the cost of the competitor's chair AND their shipping & handling costs AND any applicable sales tax that may apply.

Here are the 3 basic steps you must follow to get your 110% low price match: 

  1. Call our toll-free number at 1-800-915-8871 and notify our staff that you have found a URL with a lower-priced massage chair (remember, it has to be the exact model and make of the massage chair that we carry!). You will be asked to send us the URL of the website where you found the lower-priced chair
  2. Send us an email and include the URL of the lower-priced massage chair
  3. Once we have verified the pricing and figured out the 110% price match for you, we will contact you with the price match information. If you decide to purchase your new massage chair from us, we will ask you to place your order over the phone with us so that we can process your order at the new price.
